Groundhopping

Since I was little, I attended home matches of Fortuna Sittard, my favorite football team. Since 2005 I started following Fortuna where ever the team would play. From Leeuwarden to Maastricht: I was there. I’ve also seen lots of other matches in The Netherlands, but also in Greece, Germany, Belgium, England, Sweden, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia and Switzerland. Besides attending those matches, I visited stadiums in different countries, for example in Macedonia, France and Italy. That’s what we call groundhopping. On this page I will describe my experiences in the other stadiums, whether there was match or not.
